All Wrapped Up by Lisa is a home-based business located southwest of Grand Rapids and serving Greater Grand Rapids and West Michigan. Because my studio is located in a private residence, visits are by appointment only. The exact address will be provided after your appointment or direct-shipping arrangements have been confirmed.

Most orders are completed within 2–5 days, depending on my current wrapping schedule and the size of your order. Smaller orders can often be completed sooner, so please reach out even if you have only one gift or are working with a shorter timeframe. Shorter turnaround times must be confirmed before bringing or shipping your gifts.

During the peak holiday season, turnaround times may be longer and appointments can fill quickly. Reserving your place early is encouraged, and I’ll confirm your expected completion date when your appointment is booked.

Call or text 616-212-7078 with your name, the approximate number and sizes of your gifts, the occasion, your preferred completion date, and whether you plan to drop them off or have online purchases shipped directly to me. I’ll confirm availability and provide your appointment or direct-shipping instructions, including the exact address.

Yes. Save yourself a trip—online purchases may be shipped directly to my address for wrapping. Please contact me before ordering so I can confirm availability and privately provide the delivery address.

At checkout, enter your own name—not my name or the business name—as the recipient, followed by “Gift Wrapping”:

John Smith – Gift Wrapping
[My private delivery address]
[City, Michigan ZIP code]

This allows me to immediately identify which client the package belongs to. If the retailer does not allow “Gift Wrapping” in the recipient-name field, enter it on Address Line 2 instead.

Please send me the tracking information when it becomes available. Completed gifts must be picked up by appointment; I provide gift-wrapping services but do not offer outbound shipping.

Yes. I provide standard clothing boxes when needed, including lingerie, shirt, sweater, robe and jacket sizes. A coordinating gift tag is also included with each wrapped gift. Please provide the recipient’s name and who the gift is from, or I can leave the tag blank for you to complete.

If your gift requires a specialty or unusually sized box, please contact me before your appointment so we can discuss the best packaging option.

Because I operate from a private, home-based studio, clients are not able to wait inside while their gifts are being wrapped. On occasion, I can arrange a quick drop-off and pickup for a small order. You’re welcome to visit a nearby coffee shop or run errands in the area and return when your gifts are ready.

This option must be confirmed before your appointment and depends on my wrapping schedule, the size of your order and seasonal demand.

I accept cash, PayPal and Venmo.

I wrap a wide variety of gifts, including jewelry, gift cards, clothing, books, toys, home goods and boxed electronics. Oversized boxed gifts may be accepted up to approximately the size of a 55-inch television, depending on the item’s weight and whether it can be safely handled.

I do not fully wrap bicycles, assembled furniture or very large equipment, but I may be able to add a custom bow or decorative accent. Please send me a photo and measurements before bringing an oversized or unusually shaped gift.

Both options provide a polished, professionally wrapped gift with coordinating ribbon and a gift tag.

Value wrapping offers a beautiful, thoughtfully coordinated presentation at a more accessible price point. Premium wrapping creates a more distinctive presentation using specialty papers and/or more elaborate ribbon, layered bows or decorative details.
